One of my favorite things to eat and make in the world. So fresh, so healthy it is giving me a smile on my face when I open the fridge in the morning. Oh Yes! Homemade hummus. Avocado: I can´t live without! So that´s why I needed to upgrade my classic hummus with just one ingredient. The Avocado!
What do you need
- 200gr Chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3tbsp tahini
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- 2tbsp lemon juice
Put everything in a kitchen machine and mix the ingredients into a paste. Drizzle extra olive oil in the machine and mix once more. Put the hummus in a glass jar (weck jar) pour in the olive oil on top. You can store the Hummus for about a week and every time you take some out of the jar pour in extra olive oil so it stays fresh.
